We earlier brought you the news that Humayun Saeed was returning back to television after delivering three major cinematic hits. This time, Saeed, who is gearing to play a very simple man, in Mere Pass Tum Ho is rather nervous with his character, whose shooting has just begun today.

"On set of Mere Pass Tum Ho First day of shoot. Always nervous before the first take but at the same time excited to be starting a new project," wrote Humayun on his social media.

Earlier, talking to HIP exclusively, Humayun Saeed had mentioned, "Mere Pass Tum Ho is so simple and without any glamour, that after my movies, this has become a challenge for me to play such a simple character. I doubt, this sort of a classic has ever been written or performed before on our televisions."

Directed by Nadeem Baig and written by veteran writer, Khalil ur Rehman Qamar, Mere Pass Tum Ho, will be produced by Six Sigma Plus and will air on ARY Digital. Alongside Humayun, the drama will also see Ayeza Khan in the role of Saeed's wife
