Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan's debut in the film industry has been one big discussion ever since 2017, while many speculated that would be Student Of The Year 2, it was later said that the star kid would be seen in the remake of another Karan Johar film. However, it was Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath that was going to mark Sara's debut in the industry. But due to a fight between the film's producers, that film also has taken a back seat in Sara's filmography. It will now be Rohit Shetty and Karan Johar's joint production Simmba starring Ranveer Singh that will have Sara debut in the industry.

And while the original version of the film in Tamil called Temper, did not have much for its female protagonist to do, doting mother Amrita Singh does not want this to be the case with Sara in Simmba. As per reports in Mid-Day, Amrita has apparently asked Karan and Rohit to ensure that Sara has a meaty role to play in the cop drama. Well, we understand Amrita's concern, for, a launch pad is very important for any actor and right from the beginning the veteran actress has just been demanding the best for her daughter. In fact, it was Amrita who was making sure about which film did Sara make her debut with.

As per the report, after these instructions coming inform Amrita, the Hindi script is being reworked on to make sure that the leading lady has more screen time. A source told the tabloid that, "The writers are reworking the parts of both, the leading man and his love interest. Since this is Sara Ali Khan's debut film, Amrita was clear that she shouldn't be overshadowed by Ranveer." (Also, read: Sara Ali Khan apparently refused to take a selfie with a fan. Twitter, certainly, isn't impressed)

The report further adds that Ranveer Singh's character Sangram Bhalerao in Simmba will be the driving force in the film but it will be Sara whose character will be the reason behind his transformation from an unethical cop to one with morals. The source further added that "The movie has a message about women's safety, with an emphasis on Sara's character. While the leading lady in the Telugu original served only as the love interest, her character will be more involved in the story." (Also, read: Simmba: Rohit Shetty feels Sara Ali Khan is 'made for masala films')

Amrita refused to comment on this when the tabloid reached her, but we all know how protective a mother is she and she wants the best for her daughter.

Does Saifu still care about his first set of children ? All he has been concerned with how to pimp out Taimur. With Sridevi dead and Boner pretending to be the father of the century Saif will have a heard time competing and building his loving father image, I expect tough competition from Boner- Boner will pick up where Anney(Anil)-Sonam left off, and considering his daughter is a decade younger and Sridevi just died my bets are on Boner-Janvhi. Saif-Sara will fall short on the father-daughter- bonding race. Saif needs to up his game
