Just going off how Navin acts on instagram and her JPJ episode, she seems really smart and is clearly very talented. Would she really choose a script that shows how one character's one mistake means a life of misery and ultimately, an untimely death? It just doesn't seem like her style, but then again, in her BTS Kuch na Kaho interview, she didn't seem thrilled with the character of Aina like she did with Shehla. She seemed down when talking about Aina, and she described "Kuch na Kaho" as "One character's story".

I thought nothing of her saying "one character's story", but maybe she meant there is a finite beginning of Aina's story and a finite end to it (meaning her death).
