This was a filler episode.
Haissam is finally being more direct about his feelings for Mishi but this woman is still not understanding. The only way she will understand is if he outright says he loves her. Haissam straight up told her that he wants to marry her yet Mishi still doesn't get it. Haissam is 100% into the wedding and is pushing his mom to fix the date at the earliest.
One of the best things about this show is that for once the wife is actually smart. Sobia had earlier picked up on Basil's weird behaviour with her and Mishi and now she knows that he does not like her at all but in fact likes Mishal. At the same time, this has not affected her relationship with Mishi in anyway. Sobia knows Basil is after her and that Mishi is completely oblivious. She has even warned Mishi not to declare any of her weaknesses in front of Basil or tell him any personal things including information regarding her marriage to Haissam. Sobia is in her way trying to protect Mishal. Surprisingly, Mishal, although having no idea about Basil's intentions did listen to Sobia's advice and did not reveal anything to Basil when he gave her a call later.
Mishal and Haissam are so cute. She needs to stop giving him attitude. She should know by now that he's always joking with her and will continue to do so. This girl is still stuck on his one discussion with his mother that she heard many episodes back, the one where he stated that he finds Mishi okay. Mishi refuses to acknowledge any of his recent words or gestures like when he grabbed her hand or outright stated he wants to marry her.
