My explanation to mikael's change if behaviour is either he was just pretending to be good infront of ppl and shows his true self in house and his parents knew abt it so they decided to get him married. or he was a nice guy but he couldn't accept the fact that his wife liked someone else before him and this made him angry. Hence the sudden change in character
Maybe he had a past and Sd mannu relationship was a triggering factor for him.

i think for at least two whole epis they won't be tgther b/c well we have to see mannu getting married, her home life, sd shifting to karachi, meeting jeena and how he thrives there. i don't see a reunion happening for a while. there are 26 epis right? i hope they don't drag it too much i don't want most of the epis being spent seeing how they fare alone...
