I can't seen to get the precap well but it shown Adeel screaming at an unknown girl. I wouldn't go into details since it could be misleading.

It was 2 scene one with Adeel and Rana and the Other one with Adeel in the bedroom with another girl shouting at her telling her "all you woman are the same" and then Rana walk in on them. It didn't look good at all :/
