No, according to Jehanirnama and Akbarnama she had only his eldest son Salim so her importance to akbar. All other kids were from different wives/cocubbines(some ladies were not even legal wives only maid servants/cocubines who served emperor) Otherwise he had many wives list provided in link below(if father's name is given as raja/sultan/shezada or wife called shezadi/rajkumari then from royal family). Some of them may be cocubines(maid servants)
As far as i read Salima and Mariam Makhani were princess/nobel family woman. All others are from cocubinnes(maids).
