Welcome to a thread filled with the most delicious and mouth-watering food there exists!
Pakistani cuisine is very well known for its richness in flavor. One thing that is followed nationwide is the Islamic law of Halal food, which has to be obeyed at all times, under all circumstances. Apart from this, the Pakistani cuisine varies from region to region, but overall has a very common touch and taste to it.

Our Karachites are popular for munching on Kaghazi samosas which can be translated to "paper samosas" super thin, and crisp. πŸ˜‰ They can be fried or baked. Main Course
Biryani

This is the life of every party, every occasion, every little gathering or dawat. Biryani is the essential Pakistani dish, served along with raaita (yogurt mixed with grinded mint leaves). Biryani has many different categories in itself, including, but not limited to: Sindhi Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Bombay Biryani, etc.

Chicken Karhai
Served with hot Naan

Chicken mixed with numerous spices and cooked for a few minutes and you have one of the best dishes ready in Pakistani cuisine. Karhai can be cooked in many ways, depending on the region one belongs to, but finely-cut tomatoes and a few common spices are a must for this one!
Haleem

A mix of lentils, beef (or chicken), barley, wheat, and spices. Haleem is usually cooked overnight, until all the lentils are tender and mixed well with one another. When ready, it is garnished with chopped ginger, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon, and fried onions, and served with naan.

DESSERTS
Gulab Jamun
Topped with Almonds
Served hot, cold or at room temperature Gulab Jamuns are exactly what they are presumed to be. Balls made of milk content, khoya and drowned in a gulab "rose" caramelized syrup. Served on the finest occasions, you can't eat these without getting a little sticky. πŸ˜‰

Kheer
Topped with Pista, Almonds, and Ilaichi
Probably THE healthiest dessert EVER. ☺️ Years, after years it is brought down through every Pakistani family with a modification. Bhure aur bache alike love this creamy delicacy. Prepared using rice, milk, cream, khoya πŸ˜† and nuts it has to be stirred to perfection. Ab toh packet seh bana di ja ti hai, πŸ€” but traditional Kheer? 😳 You'll never get full of it.
Not an occasion complete with out it.

Barfi
Topped with Pista and Almonds
Ala Barfi! πŸ˜† This one takes months to master but once you've got it the Aunties and Friends will never stop pestering you. πŸ˜‰ Condensed milk and sugar is the key to this sweet with dozens of nuts, fruits and flours you can add to taste. The top of the list when it comes to Riwayeti Khane, its soft to touch and long lasting. Today, Crazy Creatives, we are serving you Pista barfi, topped with Vark and served cold. 😳

Gajar Ka Halwa
Topped with Pista, Almonds and Cashews
Our lovely carrot pudding. ❀️ A low fat Punjabi dessert, (How often do you see that? πŸ˜†) it is known for it's nutritional factor. Can be topped with fruits, nuts and for the traditional style Vark can be added and it is cooked with extra Khoya 🀣 and Ghee. This is served here in two forms. One, as a mithai cut into squares and the second as a halwa to be eaten with a spoon.

Kulfi
Topped with Pista and Almonds
A traditional ice cream, fondly eaten in the summer Kulfi is dense, creamy and loaded with nuts. (You've probably noticed how fond we are of them πŸ˜†) It takes longer to melt that Ice cream and is much healthier. It can be flavoured in a variety of ways. The traditional version is known as Matka Kulfi, made in a stone or clay pot. Can also be served with Falooda. 😳
As we come to the end of our menu The Passionate Pakistani's would like to wish you a very happy Eid Mubarak. πŸ€— We hope you're mouth is watering and that you will all try our dishes. Khana khake jana. πŸ₯³
And we apologize if you've felt out menu has saddened or hurt you in any way. =D
