I've loved Saba in PJP and Maat along with Mein Chaand Si.. Considering she's on such a high level altogether for me I'll just give Saba her own place for being an actress par extraordinaire.. Their not worthy of representing her with an award.

And Mahira isn't the only unfair award?
Who the hell won the best director award when that was clearly Sarmad's..
And the solo artist should've been Falak..
The OST should've been MEJ..
I can complain and complain but guess award shows never please all..

How am I saying it's Mahira's fault that she won? 😆 You seem to be reading my posts but misinterpreting them all.

Well, you'd be kidding yourself if you said having to vote multiple times wasn't taken advantage of yourself, right? So, why is it so hard to even assume such a thing? It's pretty easy to do so. I said this right after I casted my votes that this is unfair..they should not have allowed multiple votes.

Do you know what other nominees were placed in best director? I thought we had no idea about the nominations for everything else but the popular choice categories...if otherwise, do let us know. I'm not going to waste my time here whining about which OST could've won, or which director could've won when we have no idea who the nominees were in all these respective sections. If they didn't nominate Mata e Jaan anywhere, then I highly doubt it was nominated for best OST..likewise highly doubt Sarmad being nominated for Humsafar if Humsafar was left out of every other award category. However, yes we DO know what the popular choice nominations were and it's fair game to criticize one of the most awaited category of the night. Besides, most people can't stop whining about why wasn't Humsafar nominated till this minute..and you're asking me why am I criticizing Mahira for being the winner over actresses who were far more deserving? give me a break.

I'd be pissed off if I were Fawad. He's the only person who is yet to win anything for Humsafar out of the entire lead cast at any award function..here he wasn't even nominated. He showed up which Hum should be happy about..otherwise I have a strong feeling Fawad was going to miss this.

Didn't say stop criticising either..
MEJ was indeed a nominee in OST along with Nadamat, Maat, Sanjha..
And Sarmad deserved to win for SEZ.

Multipe voting can be done for anyone's case.

Of course multiple voting can be a problem for anyone's case..so my point always remained..why even allow it? The fact that I even have to resort to thinking that it's a problem just takes away the credibility of most of these viewer choice awards.

I have no idea who were the nominees for the other categories..so I won't comment on them..and I love Sarmad but if we're going to speak of best directors..then that's a huge list of directors that were great in their own right...Haissam for Durre Shahwar, Amna Khan for Maat, Mehreen for Mata e Jaan etc etc.

Also, Durre Shahwar got snubbed in every possible award category..which is just crazy sad. Not too sure if Sanam Baloch being left out of best actress for DeS is a bad thing..or actually a good thing now.

Mahira can win even without multiple votes.lol and instead of blaming her fans.why dont people go and ask saba's fans.why they did not vote for her.
Even i feel that saba and sawera were more deserving but Aik award hai bhai jisko mila mil gaya.

I don't know which fans to ask..do you? because facebook pages reflected a totally different winner..and that obviously isn't a good source for people's choice..so where else do you go? Likewise, most people here think Saba was more deserving..YET Mahira still won.

Just curious..
They should've advertised online voting more.. A lot of people internationally didn't know abt it. Pakistani people text a lot so I'm sure majority of the votes came through phone.
