Ok. Here is the case.

Let's compare Barkha and Anupama.

Both faced infidelity in marriage. Barkha continued to stay in the marriage.

What could have happened?

Sorry for your friend !!! At same time, its sad and shameful that an abuser's mother is defending her son by taking example of Anupama TV show.

Why don't you file an apprehension complaint in Police or Women commission ? This might create a fear in your friend's husband mind that he could be in trouble if he beats up his wife.

Kindly think through this.

we only arranged counselling and pyschiatrist for the couple

But thats not really working - they guy is ok few weeks of counselling than goes back to same behaviour

Regarding complaint her family is highly educated and so is girl herself till they decide to complaint others cannot really do anything on their behalf

May be they feel after sometime boy will become better

Her in laws are worst than baa and vanraj but this girl parents are no less than kanta - just married her and now want daughter to face it

These ppl are all inspired by movies and TV shows only nowadays as most show to bear abuse by hubby quietly - rarely an ITV woman fights back her hubby or in laws no

But more than TV show or movie its way they are brought up and the surroundings i feel

Thats what happens in real life

After 40 or 50 woman cannot start working or career again it takes lot of efforts so they stick out to husband although hes infidel or abusive

Also if they divorce they are scared hubby will not give property to her kids(barkah has same fear)
