Varun is a better actor though his choices are not good. He really should stay away from his Dad's movies (Same advice for Hrithik) and get back with Sriram Raghavan.

Arjun is unreliable. He showed a lot of potential in his early films like Ishaqzaade, Aurangzeb and was very good in Sandeep and Pinky. But again audience have voted him out. You can't climb back to the top once the audience have made up their mind.

Tiger is adorable but alas dancing and fighting will only take you so far. I don't see him having a long career in Bollywood unless he adds more skills to his repertoire.
