I heard Subhan and Srha's character is full on negetive
It is clear from the teasers that they are. But Azfu isn't pure as well. The only positive one is Hina. And I am excited to watch if my guess is right. 
Kashif Saleem directed some other dramas for Azfu.. none of them is great. But they managed to capture my interest.
