It's Mishal, that's how it's pronounced here but it can be Mishel as well. I think they are the same name or just a slight variation in meaning? - Mishal, Mishel, Michelle.

Yup but in the show it's pronounced Mishal. All the other pronunciations are just due to the subtle differences in the actors way of talking.
