what are your Favourite Marathi shows ?

Horror is not a genre that is explored much in Marathi, ofcourse there are shows in Marathi which are a horror to watch though they are not a horror show'.Having said that there have been some good horror shows over the years in Marathi. like Asambhav, Ratris Khel chale and few others. There have been threads for these shows on IF and quite a few of them have run into more than 150 pages.

So what are your favourite Marathi Horror shows.

I would choose

Shwetambara - though it is more of a suspense thriller than a horror show.

Asambhav - Asambhav captured imagination of Marathi audience, Great plotline was backed by slid acting and some good dialogues.

Ratris Khel Chale - This is the show that brought back Zee Marathi from the bring, the fact that it had three season says it all, though it was the first season that was really good.

I remember watching Ratris Khel Chale and Ek ghar mantarlela! They were both interesting.

Chandra Vilas didn't live up to the mark.

Devmanus was good, although it went downhill but it was better.

I haven't watched the other shows.

I have always maintained that Marathi serials hold a lot of promise and potential for horror shows . Rather a paranormal show ...Both shwetambara and RKC had that element of subtle paranormal activity depicted subtly with some good haunting back ground score used effectively....

I really don't understand why they don't make more such horror shows . However there is a misconception amongst many that a horror show means an out and out Ramsay show ... It need not be ...

Asamabhav he Satish Rajwade direct karat hota toparyanta chan hoti. Nantar nehmipramane vahavat geli.

RKC pan chan hoti, suspense was good.

I cant recall any out and out horror shows in Marathi. At the end its always some human mischief and them giving gyaan on andhashraddha At such times I feel terribly cheated.

A new horror serial is coming on Zee if I am not wrong...

Also 2nd season of Rkc had a good story tho they couldn't execute the end properly due to fall in trp and covid... warna it was fun watching the past of every character

Season 3 was total shit
