Same looking female leads on rival channels Zee and Sony Marathi

Shweta Rajan Kharat Zee Marathi: (Man Jhala Bajind ) and Sayali Deodhar ( Sony Marathi, Vaidehi) both resemble each other. Does anyone else see the similarity?

Is it so hard to find different-looking leads? I was surprised when I saw the promo while surfing Zee Marathi, she looked exactly like the Vaidehi Girl
