The best exercise is to run on stairs... That helps you to get muscle...
That will also help you tone up your arms.. Cuz when you run on stairs you are toning your whole body...
Also do situps... N Pushups.. π

π Had to say this..I'm 15 too!!ππ³ Same here, ughh push-ups!!..So hardd..prefer doing the sit-ups and running up-down the stairs.π
