well i have a slim figure πŸ˜‰ ...and i really really want to tone my body up abit πŸ˜› ...i want to add curves to my body aswell... πŸ˜†

please can someone give me tips on how to tone my body?... 😳 πŸ˜‰

Please give me more details like your Body weight, height and what your goal is?

Is it too add some mass or just get general conditioning.

well i have a slim figure...im 15yrs old, im 6 and a half pounds in weight an am around 5'3 in height... πŸ˜›

i want to tone up my arms so they look abit curvier...i also want to to tone up my thighs so they look full of life n abit chubbier... 😳

now i hope u can help me... 😳

Hi. I am 15 too.. lolz..

To tone up your thighs....

The best exercise is to run on stairs... That helps you to get muscle...

That will also help you tone up your arms.. Cuz when you run on stairs you are toning your whole body...

Also do situps... N Pushups.. 😊

im 15 too!!! πŸ˜† stairs and sit-ups i can handle, but push-ups..i bearly get through 1 πŸ˜†πŸ˜­ ne idea how i can improve on tht, my arms are extremely weak

πŸ˜† Had to say this..I'm 15 too!!πŸ˜›πŸ˜³ Same here, ughh push-ups!!..So hardd..prefer doing the sit-ups and running up-down the stairs.😊
