Dont worry.

I presently enjoying my stay in the "Gods own Country" , ya I guess you got it.

Coconuts ! Coconuts ! Coconuts ! Coconut OIL !!!! everywhere...

Simple . Deep fry your favourite ingredients in COCONUT OIL ! And enjoy the JUNK ! 😉

Trust me , it is scientifically proven that it doesnt stay in your body which results in unwanted fats storing in your body and make you BULGE !

I LURVEEE deep fry food, who doesn't ? 😕 and when i see good food, then health can take a back seat for a while or better i can throw health out of window. Why to spoil the moment by worrying about future *shrugs* ?
Coconut oil .. never used except in my hair. Have you ever heard about oil pulling ? like you put coconut oil in mouth and then you squish .. squish.. squish in your mouth for like 20 minutes. Its said that it makes teeth whiter, gums healthy and remove toxins from body .. i don't know how much effective is that but i have enough reason to try rather sitting in scary dentist chair and getting panic attacks. 😆
