Hello all,
I wanted to start this thread to have a ready resource for Mental health.. for general advise when you feel low or anxious, for motivational tips when you need to get up and get going and just generally daily affirmations that we all need as fallible and brave humans just trying to make our way in this world.
You can post your own philosophies/ habits and what has helped you grow or come out of a difficult situation or you can keep it impersonal and post advise from Social Media accounts and even reading resources & media- related resources (TV and movies).
