Hi everyone,

I am a on a body detox diet for a week now. Initially, I used to have pain on the left side where my colon is, after eating chicken or egss or any protein-enriched foods. But ever since I switched to detoxification diet, I feel the pain is lesser. However, I do still have some delayed pain once in a while. The condition has, however, improved.

How long should I continue the diet for? Can anyone recommend me a time frame?

I have quit eggs, chicken, meat, milk, cheese, butter, and sugars. I have switched to brown bread, brown rice, veggies, fruits, home-made juices, honey, and dark chocolate.

I have also quite coffee, tea (except green tea), and hot chocolate.

Am I doing this right? Please help. Thank you. 😊
