This is what I said IshVi was a golden goose nd makers killed it . I agree Ishaan was into Reeva later on but it's IshVi who brought in huge numbers. There was a good amt of bal at that time nd makers ruined it

If the TRP continue to fall they must kill off Savi and entire cast go for leap ...or ...pull down curtains ...

Yes IshVi was golden goose story went haywire post Reeva's entry . Even though Ishaan wasn't in love with Savi there were good amount of angst. It was my typo mistake I meant topped for 4 consecutive months not weeks. If IshVi wasn't loved by audience tracks not centered around them never worked esp IshVa . The love triangle never worked 4 s2 as ppl were more into Savi nd her upsc journey along with IshVi. More than anything it was her upsc journey wat ppl wanted 2 c nd there was absolutely no need 4 a leap that too yhm rehash when show was on top 2. Makers saying SA was replaced 4 cost cutting is absolute nonsense as they aren't fools to not to know he's an established actor b4 hiring him. Shakti did complete justice to the show nd was always on top 3 . Bringing back Reeva was a worst decision but taking a leap when trps were stable even during ipl with a stable top 2 spot was such a Himalayan blunder . Audience got connected to Savi nd wiping that proved completely detrimental. Savi's solo tracks nd IshVi always worked well with S2. Bhavika nd Hitesh just couldn't match Karan and Divyanka so comparisons are bound to happen. Bhavika was excellent as college going Savi but her performance as foster mother Savi is so lackluster it lacks the emotional depth nd conviction of Divyanka as Ishita

It's my typing mistake I meant 4 months but wrote weeks. Yes s2 was extremely successful pre leap. S2 had 2.0 trps even during IPL I still don't get this stupid move of taking a leap removing Shakti

IshRa definitely had the best and the most unique wedding in ITV..The culture clash, North vs South banters, Raman being forced to eat rasam, Ishita and Raman hilarious banters..everything was super fun to watch. I especially love the ost that they used when Raman and Ishita were doing the phere..It goes like "Bandh gaya yeh Bandhan, ek hue do dil.." I actually loved all the OSTs of yhm..The lyrics of the OSTs used to perfectly match the dynamic of IshRa and they had perfect OST for every situation

YHM OST's one of the best OSTs in the history of ITV. I would say ekta did magic in this case. Ishra had the most natural and organic progression in their relationship given the past they have.

I heard about the show when it was aired but never watched. But somehow just started watching one episode where ruhi asks Raman to not marry Ishita thinking he is the groom, before ishra marriage, and decided to watch the complete show. I watched the complete show uninterrupted till Ishita pregnancy track byniot sleeping for 30hrs or so..... later I rewatched many episodes, read the ishra stories posted here and wattpad.

Even though I am a big fan of ghum S1 never watched this ghum S2 revamp even after knowing that it is based on YHM because I don't want to spoil the feel of ishra, ruhi and adi. OG are mostly most except in rare cases where remade versions are better that OG. But I agree it will.be good if you are watching the remade version for the first time.

I've seen so many people who watched yhm after it went off air and loved it..It's a binge worthy show especially the initial 300-400 epis..I've rewatched yhm's initial epis so many times that I've lost countIt has great rewatch value. Their progression from parents to lovers is so beautifully done..Especially when you binge watch it, you would see how with every track, IshRa came closer to each other.

I've seen so many ghum fans on twitter saying that yhm was boring because there are no lead centric tracks..but that's not true at all. In yhm, every track was used as a plot device to progress the relationship between the leads. This is exactly what is missing in ghum, they simply are copy pasting drama without ishra scenes. Ghum season 3 isn't even a faithful remake.

Ganja is just randomly copy pasting scenes without putting any logic or making base n above all there is no progression btw leads with savi having no career n behaving like a bechari fl when Ishita was never a bechari but a strong fl with her own career...Frankly ganja writers r not that capable to show romance or emotions like ekta did in yhm..

Yea, its definitely the makers who are ruining it. They have a great story and great actors too. Hitesh and Bhavika are both doing a good job, its just the plots are done horribly.
