Everyone was gathered around the pool of the resort , applying mehendi and having their own fun...

The guys were sitting in the corner and talking about random stuffs cause they had nothing to do in the mehendi ceremony...

"what are you people doing there... kitne arrangements baki hai... jao kaam karo..." Rey's mom shouted at rey and the other guys... All of them immediately stood up and went away to do some work... as the groom , no one let swayam do any work and so he kept sitting there getting bored...

"tu yaha akele kya kar raha hai.. waha Sharon mehendi lagwa rahi hai... ja waha ja and talk to her... itna bara ho gaya hai abhi bhi basic courtesy nahi ata hai tujhe..." Swayam's mom snapped at him while swayam made a confused face... He muttered something under his breath and walked over to Sharon...

She was sitting there wearing a simple peach lehenga while a girl was drawing intricate pattern on her palm.. swayam sat down on the mattress by the pool... Sharon looked at him and frowned...

"swayam... aaj bhi tum shirt aur jeans mein ho???" Sharon pouted.. swayam checked himself out and shrugged... "toh isme kya problem hai??? who sab choro.. tum mehendi lagwa rahi ho????" swayam made a face seeing her hand...

"haa lagwani parti hai dulhaan ko..." Sharon also pursed her lips frowning at the mehendi while swayam smiled at Sharon... hearing the word "dulhaan" from her somehow made swayam feel something different...

"yeah yeah... gobar..." Swayam laughed at his own joke while Sharon poked him hard with her elbow...

"this is you exam alright?? Agar mehendi ke colour dark aya matlab tum mujhse pyaar karte ho aur agar nahi aya toh tum mujhse pyaar nahi karte ho and get ready to save your head..." Sharon smirked at him and the lady applying the mehendi chuckled... swayam opened his mouth to protest but then preferred to stay quiet...

Swayam shook his head in exasperation and got up... "congrats for your logic..." He said sarcastically and walked away...

"kya yaar.. bore ho gaya hoon... Kaam bhi kar liya..." Nil and rey were sitting near the pool sipping a can of coke...

"lets play cricket..." Vicky came and stood beside them.. by that time swayam had also joined them...

"acchi idea hai... upar bat aur ball bhi hai..." swayam said...

"hum picnic manane nahi aye hai.. teri shadi karwane aye hai..." rey said as a matter of fact... all the other guys chose to ignore him and proceeded to prepare for the game...

All of them were playing cricket at the other end of the pool , making a lot of noise and getting random and irritated glance of their parents and all the guests... Swayam was batting , rey was keeping the wicket and Vicky was throwing the ball and as soon as swayam connected the bat with the ball , it went flying high and hit a window of the resort breaking it , creating a big noise...

Swayam immediately bit his tongue quietly kept the bat aside... All their parents came to them and since swayam was the groom no one said anything to him... rey , Vicky , nil , amar and bharath got a good piece of mind from everyone while swayam stood aside like an innocent kid , laughing from within watching them getting scolded...

After everyone had left rey and all the other guys glared at swayam who looked away quickly...

After sharon's mehendi was done , she went upstairs to her room to dry it in a less crowded place so that it does not get messed... Swayam was sitting with his friends when he saw Sharon moving to the entrance of the resort to go upstairs.. he quickly stood up and followed her upstairs...

Sharon entered her room but couldn't lock it because of the mehendi in her hand... she sat on the stool in front of dressing table and frowned at her mehendi...

"this better turns to be dark.. varna swayam toh gaya..." She said eyeing her palm...

Swayam was about to knock her door but as he found it opened , he quickly pushed it and before Sharon could understand what was happening , he had locked it behind him...

"tum yaha kya kar rahe ho..." Sharon got so startled that she shouted on his face and stood up in a hurry making the stool fall back creating a huge noise...

Rey's mom who was passing outside her room heard her shouting and the noise of the stool falling down knocked her door in concern...

"Sharon... are you alright???" she asked startling both swayam and sharon...

"swayam hide somewhere... aunty is here..." Sharon hissed at swayam who got more confused...

"why do I need to hide???" he shrugged whispering back to Sharon...

"hum dono aise room mein akele... kya sochegi aunty... tum washroom jao..." Sharon pushed swayam towards the washroom with her elbow...

"sochna kya hai??" he said but never the less went to the washroom...

After swayam was inside the washroom , sharon went near the door but then realized that swayam had locked the door and her hands were covered with mehendi...

"haa aunty mai thik hoon.. door locked hai so can't open it... haath mein mehendi hai..." Sharon shouted from inside...

Rey's mom smiled hearing her.. she was intelligent enough to understand someone was there inside and swayam's chance of being "that someone" was quite high cause if the door was locked inspite of sharon's mehendi then obviously someone was inside...

"accha take care..." With that she went downstairs and Sharon sighed...

Swayam came out of the washroom and gave an amused look at Sharon...

"are you nuts??? Obviously aunty samajh gayi koi hai andar... and voh mai hi hoon varna tum jhoot nahi bolti..." He smiled sarcastically...

"aur voh kaise????" she glared at him...

"door andar se locked hai and you can't open it because of your gobar... so if you can't open it how can you close it??? Unless and until someone is there with you..." Swayam smirked at her and sharon's face went red with embarrassment ...

"sab kuch tumhare liye hua...aunty kya soch rahi hogi..." Sharon glared at him...

"soch rahi hogi ki you know do log jinke isi hafte shadi hai voh akele kamre mein hai.. door lock karke... she must be thinking the obvious..." He said controlling his laughter...

"you are a shameless jerk... Aisa kuch nahi sochegi aunty..." Sharon looked away...

"ajeeb larki ho.. tum hi ne bola kya sochegi... voh sab choro... wash your mehendi ... bohut kharab smell hai..." swayam made a face ...

"fine...mai ye nahi wash karungi.. smell accha nahi hai then shooo... shooo..." sharon pouted at him with an angry face and forced swayam to leave...

It was night... after washing off the mehendi and having dinner , all the friends were in their own world enjoying with their partners while Sharon - swayam , rey - taani and simmi -nilesh gathered in swayam's room and were chatting...

"sab log kaha kho gaye pata nahi.. I am seriously bored..." Rey said practically laying down on the floor...

"lets play something..." simmi said clapping her hands... all the guys looked at each other with horrified expression... they knew if the girls had planned something it has to be weird...

"right... but kya???" Sharon said as she straightened herself up...

"I never..." taani clapped her hands too...

"ab ye kya hai???" swayam frowned at her... as he was asking taani , simmi had already walked out of the room...

"okay.. each one of us will say something which we never did... and amongst the rest jis jis ne bhi who kiya hoga kabhi will take a sip of their drink..." Taani explained...

"accha...ye kya ajeeb game hai..." swayam and rey exchanged weird looks... meanwhile simmi had come back with six cans of coke and handed one to each...

They formed a circle on the floor and started playing the game...

"okay... I have never stolen anything.. like kisiko na bolke kuch chura nahi liya..." Sharon started the game... as soon as she said this taani and simmi looked at each other and started laughing... Then they took a sip from the can...

"school ke bahar se ice cream wale uncle ke cart se ice cream utha liya tha..." Taani and simmi were still laughing and all the toher joined their laughter...

"papa ke wallet se ice cream khane ke liye paisa..." Swayam took a sip and rey frowned at him...

"pura khandan chori karta hai... behen ice cream... aur bhai uske liye paisa..." Rey and nil shared a high five...

"aur tum dono ne nahi churaya kuch???" swayam smirked at them... rey and nil immediately stopped laughing and took a sip from their can... " staff room se economics professor ka notes so that he can't take the class..." All of them started laughing...

"okay next is swayam.. bol..." As soon as nil said it swayam started thinking how to embarrass Sharon...

"okay.. maine kabhi kisiki internet history check nahi kiya..." He said eyeing Sharon... everyone looked at each other's face... Sharon also sat there without sipping anything...

"ab don't lie Sharon.. chup chap sip lo..." Swayam smirked at Sharon earning a glare from her...

"kya tune kiska history check kiya???" taani frowned at her...

"swayam ka..." she said without feeling guilty or embarrassed and casually took a sip...

"par kyun???" rey asked in confusion... " shak karti ye mujhpe..." Swayam said faking a hurt look and Sharon hit the back of his head as everyone chuckled...

"I never did anything stupid after getting drunk..." Nil said innocently... Swayam immediately looked at Sharon who was already red with embarrassment .. then swayam realized that taani and rey were smirking at both of them and he realized that he had done the exact same thing and looked away...

"chal beta ab tum dono bata do..." rey looked at both of them...

"swayam ne kiya ...what?????" simmi almost had a heart attack...

"haa... bohut kuch pata chala tha us din... ki uske right chest mein dard hota hai... aur kya kya tha..." rey said teasing swayam who got really conscious because Sharon was sitting there too... Sharon looked at him in surprise...

"okay fine.. ab details pe mat jaa..." he said and quickly took a sip...

Sharon also took a sip... when swayam saw that rey and taani didn't tease her , he complained like a kid...

"tum dono ne Sharon ko kuch nahi bola..." swayam glared at them...

"haa kyunki ye meri shaadi hai..." Sharon grinned...

"haa toh mera kya birthday hai?? meri bhi toh shadi hi hai..." swayam said frowning...

"per teri wali bewakoofi thi.. aur Sharon ka serious tha..." Rey said sincerely... swayam nodded as he remembered that night...

"chalo maine kisiko thappar nahi mara..." simmi said after thinking for sometime... swayam Sharon looked at each other with deep gaze...

"rey ko hi mara tha.. college mein... he was teasing me..." Their reverie was broken as they heard taani's voice... swayam and Sharon also took a sip of coke remembering how swayam had slapped that guy for misbehaving with Sharon in nainital and Sharon did the same when they met him again in the restaurant...

"swayam ne kisiko thappar mara... ab mujhe sach mein heart attack a jayega..." Simmi said dramatically...

"kab???" taani could only utter this...

"hua tha kuch... chor na..." swayam said looking at Sharon from the corner of his eyes who was looking down with a slight smile remembering how swayam had reacted seeing that guy close to her and her tears... All of them understood it was something concerning Sharon , so they didn't stretch the matter...

"okay I never cooked for any girl..." rey said proudly and taani hit the back of his head...

"same here..." swayam said and put his hand up for a high five...

"accha?? Cake bake karna bhi is a part of cooking..." Sharon said smirking proudly... swayam's face had turned red... everyone looked at simmi who just looked blankly at swayam...

" aa gaya kya heart attack????" nil laughed at simmi's expression... Swayam took a sip and so did all the girls because they have generally cooked for girls too...

"haa chocolate aur pyaar dalke banaya tha..." Rey gave swayam a teasing smile and he decided to ignore rey this time...

"okay I have never cried for rey..." Taani said with a sarcastic smile...

"none of us had cried for rey..." Swayam said and everyone started laughing... Taani glared at him and said... " mera matlab hai you know partner... boyfriend , fianc ya fir husband or even before getting commited as friend too..."

Everyone looked at each other... No one took a sip... so the game was over and everyone started talking randomly.. when no one was looking Sharon took a sip to stay truthful to herself... she had cried for swayam... when swayam had scolded her for wearing the revealing dress , when she had gone away from swayam to make him happy , when swayam went missing to make her understand that he did matter to him , she had cried for swayam... cried longing for him...

While she took her sip , swayam saw her... he knew why she did that.. she looked down as a smile crept on his face ...

They didn't even realize that it was getting late ... after they did , everyone got up and left... Swayam walked with Sharon to her room and as soon as Sharon was about to close the door swayam stopped her...

"jhoot kyun bola that you haven't stolen anything???" he frowned ... Sharon frowned back in confusion... "kyunki maine nahi kiya..."

"accha?? What about my heart...???" He said controlling his smile... Sharon glared at him... "aise cheesy line maroge toh I'll not marry you..." Swayam smiled at her sincerely...

"good night..." He kissed her forehead... Sharon smiled at him ... "pray karo kal dark rang aye mehendi ka..." sharon warned him... swayam sighed in exasperation and face palmed...

eee 'I never' game part was pretty great specially the moments when Swayam-Sharon silently looked at each other letting silence speak and off course last part was 🤗 she had cried for him at times 😭 and only he knew she did, glad only they knew their little thing

I know mehendi ka color would dark enough to save Swayam from the wrath of Sharon😆
