All The Best to both teams
Thanks for the tag Parm.
May the best team win.

There have been 20-plus games played in this edition of the T20 World Cup, but there’s only team that has managed to notch up a 200-plus total. Guess who? Australia. Not a surprise! There’s a reason why the Aussies have managed to clinch 6 ODI World Cups and a T20 World Cup in the past. It’s their mentality to win big games and big moments. It’s the quality of the players they produce, in fact the quality of the team they select going into an ICC event. No big names, no super stars, no needless hype around it all. Just select the in-form players. Go ahead with players who have a monster mentality and the ability to handle pressure situations.
Hello and welcome to another T20 clash of the 2024 World Cup. It’s Australia vs Namibia folks! On paper, Australia are clearly the superior side, but given the nature of this T20 World Cup, you have seen associate teams beat the top-ranked teams. So you never know what’s in store. An explosive batting line-up along with a bowling attack that can make their oppositions dance to their tunes. Australia have got it all. But again, it’s the nature of this tournament that makes anything possible. Australia would be looking forward to brush aside Namibia with nonchalance today and register their third win of the tournament. Will they? Only time will tell.. The toss and teams are not far away, stay around for all the updates..
Australia and Namibia have not played a competitive T20I yet. But they did meet in a warm-up game prior to this tournament, with Australia cruising to a seven-wicket win.
toss time. Marsh and Erasmus are out in the middle. Marsh gives it a spin. Tails is the call but heads it is. Australia will bowl first.
Mitchell Marsh: We are going to bowl first. It looks a nice wicket. Nathan Ellis comes in for Starc, that's the change. We have played a lot of cricket, looking forward to the challenge. It was a real change in the last game, that was pleasing.
Gerhard Erasmus: We have three changes, we would have bowled first as well. What an exciting prospect for us. Hopefully it will be an upset if we beat the mighty Australia, we will give our best shot.
Teams:
Namibia (Playing XI): Nikolaas Davin, Michael van Lingen, Jan Frylinck, Gerhard Erasmus(c), JJ Smit, Zane Green(w), David Wiese, Ruben Trumpelmann, Bernard Scholtz, Jack Brassell, Ben Shikongo
Australia (Playing XI): Travis Head, David Warner, Mitchell Marsh(c), Glenn Maxwell, Marcus Stoinis, Tim David, Matthew Wade(w), Pat Cummins, Nathan Ellis, Adam Zampa, Josh Hazlewood
Pitch Report: Relatively equal square boundaries - 65m to one side, 67m to the other. 75m hit straight down the ground. Aaron Finch says it looks a good wicket. Not a huge amount of grass but it does look very hard. He cites the example of Adam Zampa, who has been bowling quite stump-to-stump and concludes it is a very good wicket overall.
