Actors should charge upto a certain amount + profit sharing. That will be fair to everyone, both profit and loss will be distributed.

It shouldn't be that the actor is paid 10 crore and the movie ends up making 600 crores and the producer gets to pocket it all. Similarly if the movie ends up making no money, then the producer shouldn't be the only one affected.
