I think this time regarding the CC had todo with mids Mainly.

Aaj Sunday hai, meri taraf se tu double maar kha lena. 
I think this time regarding the CC had todo with mids Mainly.
That plus, some people were uncomfortable to post in one makers CC cos they were being asked not to post a lot or something and there were issues regarding all that.
End of the day doesn't matter who makes the CC, no one is here to post love letters to the topic maker. But yeh, because ppl.wont post in some people's cc.. the mods do it themselves.
