Dilwale

TERRIBLE FILM 😆
thank god i didn't wasted money & watched it online ... i never took interest in SRK films but since varun is there i watched it

My humble advice to Mr rohit shetty 'please stop making & directing films now'

TOO MUCH ACTION that this film should be renamed as
ACTIONWALE
😆
Story fair
Editing sucks
Action sequences were looking forced
Even romantic sequences were looking like action ones
Screenplay thumbs down

Srk kajol scenes were actually good ... chemistry is superb

Varun Overacted ALOT!! He should choose films more appropriately otherwise such films will harm his star power which he earned from his last 2 3 films

Kriti was good ... hope to see her more in next films

Yes this film collected 300cr worldwide just because of srk kajol fans otherwise it don't even deserves 100cr
Film is far behind bajirao in India thats good... Bajirao is 1000 times better

This film only have SRK kajol + Good songs

Thats it

My rating
1.5/5

The movie although a bit slow initially is still gripping with the introduction of Amitabh Bacchan's character and the background of chess. The ground set therefore is thrilling but there are some loopholes in the screenplay and plot which if had been tightened could have made this a brilliant movie.Nonetheless, direction and the performances by AB,Farhan Akhtar and the guy who played the villan is top notch.Aditi Rao Hydari was good too and certainly adds beauty to the film.John Abraham also adds the spunk in his cameo.
The climax, though interesting, left me asking for more...lots of questions popping up.The loop ending could have been better.
Overall, the film is a good one time watch and for thriller lovers even better. It has some quintessential bollywood flavor but leaves a mark of its own specially the 'atrangi yaari' of AB and Farhan's characters.

PS-I absolutely love the song 'tere bin' from this movie. One of the underrated ones.

Tamasha!
Horrible! This is the first time I absolutely hated a Imtiaz film because generalikeI like his craft.
RK-DP should just never sign a movie together. No chemistry whatsoever. The story is ummm underwhelming!
RK played the role well but then his character bored me to death. The first half was so damn monotonous!
Deepika looked pretty as Tara n acted well. Nothing path breaking though!
Only the music is saving grace. I was totally obsessed with Agar tum saath when it released n I still love it. RK n DP both acted well in this particular song!

Kapils: Kis Kis ko pyar karu
awful story line. Kapil was the only saving grace.
But if you want to watch him, watch cnwk.

NH10:

Fantastic thriller...gritty and raw. I especially loved the chase sequences for the lack of typical gimmicks...you actually feel like you are living the terror with the characters...every step of the nightmare, every experience of Meera...you feel connected with it all.

The script was just brilliant...the way they conceived the atmosphere and the entire chain of events from the dhaaba, to the highway, to the forest, the construction site, the village...

And Anushka...wow...she literally carries you through the movie...from the urban working professional just wanting to avoid getting into any trouble to the woman who keeps going against all odds in this terrifying fight for survival.

One of the most genius things about the script is that the villains aren't larger than life goons or evil caricatures...they are everyday people from a village who feel so justified in their cause that they don't see anything wrong with their actions...there is a horrifying eeriness about it that is more impactful than any other gore or gimmicks.

A male ego issue sparks this whole thing and a woman survives on the basis of her wits and strength...the script had a lot of interesting points to make.

Glad I finally watched this.

Masaan

Beautifully made film. A poignant study on life, death, catharsis. Loved the ending for it's subtlety.
