Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira saves Manish from cardiac arrest

In tonight's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Manish finds himself lost in thoughts about Akshara and becomes anxious over the possibility that Ruhi and Abhira are sisters. During a ceremony, Ruhi praises Abhira for her role as the host and questions whether Abhira is truly happy. Abhira, in turn, asks Ruhi if she feels any happiness for her. She also confronts Ruhi about her decision to send Manish away. Ruhi, however, tells Abhira to stop claiming any rights over Manish.

Abhira comforts Manish:

Meanwhile, Manish is filled with regret for missing Akshara's call and for having severed ties with her. His condition deteriorates rapidly, causing concern for Swarna and Surekha. The doctor informs them that Manish is at high risk of cardiac arrest and advises transferring him to the hospital immediately. An ambulance is summoned. Elsewhere, Abhira becomes increasingly anxious and insists that Armaan take her to Manish's home.

Upon arriving, Abhira is shocked by Manish's condition and immediately rushes to his side, startling Swarna and Surekha. She begs him not to leave her and urges him to keep fighting for his life. Armaan, growing concerned, suggests calling an ambulance, and Swarna advises taking Manish to the hospital before it's too late. Just then, Abhira gently places her hand on Manish's forehead, and he begins to calm down. Swarna and Surekha watch as Abhira's emotional plea helps stabilise Manish, who eventually opens his eyes as she speaks to him. When the doctor arrives, he is amazed by the improvement and, after examining Manish, assures them that he is now out of danger and beginning to regain consciousness.

Kaveri challenges Abhira:

After the doctor leaves, Abhira moves closer to Manish and softly sings a song to soothe him and help him rest. Once he falls asleep, Surekha gently encourages Abhira and Armaan to take a break, assuring them that she and Swarna will stay by Manish's side. Abhira decides to remain by his side, offering comfort. Despite Surekha's suggestion for Abhira to rest, she is determined to stay with Manish. Armaan agrees to bring Abhira back if Manish needs her and asks her to get some rest. Swarna insists that Abhira keep Manish's condition a secret from Ruhi, fearing Ruhi won't be able to handle the stress. Abhira insists that Ruhi should be informed, but eventually, she and Armaan agree to keep the visit a secret.

After reaching back at the Poddar mansion, Kaveri challenges Abhira to organise another event, demanding that she include her parents' blessings in the preparations. Armaan intervenes, telling Kaveri to stop harassing Abhira. Kaveri asserts that since Abhira claimed her parents' blessings were beneficial, she should be able to host another function and bring gifts from the bride's side. She mocks Abhira's lack of family, prompting Armaan to assert his role as Abhira's family. Kaveri is offended by this response. Despite the challenge, Abhira resolves to organise the event once more.
