She is currently a part of one of the most loved and most popular comedy shows on Indian television, 'Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant'. And not only is her performance adored but also her character keeps coming up with new antiques to tickle your funny bones.

We are talking about actress, Tanvi Thakkar, who plays the adorable Sharmila in 'Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant.'

While she continues to wow us with her performance in the show, you will soon be watching her on the BIG SCREEN too..

Yes! That's right. The actress has bagged a film and that too, in her absolute comfort zone.

Tanvi will be making her film debut with an upcoming Gujarati film, 'Aau Taaru Kari Naakhu' (Let Me Con You). And how does it get even more amazing? She is paired opposite her real life fiancee, Aditya Kapadia.

We contacted Tanvi, who said, "Yes, I am making my film debut with this upcoming Gujarati film, 'Aau Taru Kari Naakhu' and I am really excited about it. There are two big comforts for me, where I am working with my real life fiancee, Aditya, who has already been a part of several Gujarati films; and I am doing comedy."

She added, "However, the challenge is speaking Gujarati. Many people assume that being a Thakkar, I would be well-versed with Gujarati; however, that is not the case. I am a Kachchi and hence its a totally different story. Thankfully, working with Adi will help me as he will teach me the language and make it easier."

We wish Tanvi all the best for this new venture..!

Congratulations to Tanvi Thakkar!

But does the writer of this article even watch Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant? If so, exactly how does Sharmila seem "adorable"?

Sharmila can be best described as dim-witted, shallow, and materialistic.
