When Ladki Beautiful Kar Gayi Chull !!!

There are many television serials and films, which are testimony to the fact that a hot and sexy guy can become a bone of contention between two sisters and even the best of friends. But this feature idea sprang up in our minds because Karan Johar's latest production Kapoor & Sons, has a similar plot. 

Two brothers, Rahul Kapoor (Fawad Khan) and Arjun Kapoor (Siddharth Malhotra) develop feelings for the same girl i.e. Tia Singh (Alia Bhatt) and she creates lot of disturbances and misunderstandings between the brothers.

Here, we list down a few films where the girl is the main culprit.

Saajan

Saajan starred Salman Khan (Akash), Sanjay Dutt (Aman/Sagar) and Madhuri Dixit (Pooja) in the lead roles. Aman is a handicapped orphan who is taken in by his best friend Akash's family. Aman and Akash grow up as brothers. The twist here is Aman and Akash fall in love with Pooja. When Aman gets to know of this, he sacrifices his love for Akash. But Pooja is a strong willed truthful girl and makes the right choice by choosing Aman. And no, there was no blood-bath.

Yeh Dillagi 

Yeh dillagi is the story of two brothers who fall in love with their chauffeur's daughter Sapna (Kajol). Vijay Saigal (Akshay Kumar) is an introvert workaholic whereas Vicky Saigal (Saif Ali Khan) is the spoilt brat of the family. When Vicky insults Sapna because of her financial status She moves to Bombay (now Mumbai) where luck favours her and she becomes a famous model. This catches Vicky's attention and he starts to fall for Sapna. He is a changed man because of her. Steps in Vijay who wishes to sort out the differences between Vicky and Sapna but ends up falling for her as well. Now, the question that stands is who would Sapna choose?

Pyaar Koi Khel Nahin

Sunil (Apurva Agnihotri) and Anand (Sunny Deol) are brothers. Both love Nisha. (Mahima Chaudhary). Nisha works for Anand whereas Sunil and Nisha have a chance meeting and fall in love. When Anand gets to know of his brother's love, he steps down and Sunil and Nisha marry. After Sunil is killed by Anand's business rivals, Anand steps in and marries Nisha. But shortly after that, Anand gets to know of his brother being alive and brings him back. But his business partners kill Anand and Sunil and Nisha are reunited.

Dillagi

Dillagi saw real life brothers Jodi Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol for the first time together on screen. In the film, sunny plays the elder brother Ranvir who is hard-working and turns his fortune around and Bobby is the younger brother Rajveer who is the pampered one. Both fall in love with the same girl, Shalini and Ranvir unknowingly fixes Rajveer's marriage with her.

Chal Mere Bhai

Chal Mere Bhai traces the story of two brothers, Vicky and Prem. Sparks fly when Prem and Sapna meet. Sapna also works for Vicky as his secretary and when Vicky is attacked, Sapna saves him. This makes Vicky fall for Sapna as well. Both family elders feel Vicky being the ideal match for Sapna and fix their marriage together. However, at the end moment, Vicky gets to know of his brother Prem's love for Sapna and lets her go. 

Sorry Bhai!

One more of the same breed, but with a westernized twist. Siddharth (Sharman Joshi), his Mother Gayatri (Shabana Azmi) and Father Navin (Boman Irani) leave for Mauritius for their elder son's Harsh's(Sanjay Suri) wedding with Aaliyah (Chitrangada Singh). As usual, Gayatri does not approve the match. With Harsh's busy schedule, Aaliyah is left to entertain the family and ends up getting attracted to Siddharth. And when push comes to shove, Siddharth and Aaliyah get intimate. What follows is lots of drama from Gayatri's side.
