Vidyut Jammwal to debut as a producer; announces film 'IB 71'

Actor Vidyut Jammwal has managed to make a mark for himself in the entertainment industry in a way few actors have managed to. The actor, who debuted in Bollywood as an antagonist in Force has gone on to become a superstar and continues to churn out successful films including the Commando franchise.

Having been in the industry for a decade, he is all set to embark on a new path and a new chapter now as he will be making his debut as a producer. That's right.

Jamwal will produce and star in his maiden film production titled IB 71. He posted about it on Instagram and gave a statement which read, "I'm happy to announce my first feature titled 'IB 71' as producer at Action Hero Films. Directed by Sankalp Reddy, the upcoming film is the banner's first collaboration with the creative giant Reliance Entertainment. I write this with the utmost gratitude and sincerity to convey my love to you for your blessings and support. IB 17' is a step towards fulfilling the promise of quality filmmaking. This project is a result of team work and belief. I seek your support for it forever. Thank you for being a part of my journey. Wishing you the forward move you've hoped for."-

Apart from his maiden production venture, Jamwal also has two big films in the pipeline in the form of Sanak and Khuda Haafiz Chapter II.
