Vettaiyan: Rajinikanth fans cannot keep calm seeing his swag in a cop avatar (Check Reactions)

Vettaiyan is releasing on October 10, 2024. It will clash with Suriya and Disha Patani’s Kanguva at the box office. Today, Lyca Productions has shared the first poster of Rajinikanth. We can see him in a cop’s uniform. As we know, he has been part of some great cop movies. The last one Jailer made over Rs 600 crores globally. Vettaiyan also stars acting powerhouses like Amitabh Bachchan and Fahadh Faasil.  The movie is a social cum human drama directed by Gnanavel. Rajinikanth and Amitabh Bachchan have been friends for a long time. All Thalaivar fans are keen to see them together on screen after a span of 33 years. Their last movie was the drama Hum (1991). 

Rajinikanth’s movie will also clash with Jigra. The Vasan Bala movie by Dharma stars Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina as siblings. Plus, there is also Devara with Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor, as the big release from the Telugu industry. Vettaiyan is a drama between police, judiciary and entrepreneurial system. T.J Gnanavel is the director of Jai Bhim, one of the most acclaimed social movies of our times. It starred Suriya and Lijomol Jose in main roles.
