Actress Sudha Chandran is no stranger to the television industry, where her work consists of iconic roles in shows like Naagin 2 and Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil.

Now that both the shows have gone off-air, Sudha has bagged a new show and is all set to don her first ever mythological avatar in Colors' popular show, Shani.

Yes! That's right.

Sudha will be seen playing the role of Simhika, who is Hiryanyakashyapu's daughter and mother to Rahu and Ketu. She will also be considered as the mother of nagas and will bring a lot of twists and turns in Shani's (Karitkey Malviya) life.

We wish Sudha all the best for her debut in the mythological space.
