Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi breaks down seeing Rajat in pain, he notices her tears

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode opens with Rajat feeling anxious about his blood test. Savi approaches the receptionist for assistance. Ashika arrives, apologising for her tardiness, but is shocked to see Savi there. Ashika asks Savi the reason for her presence, and Rajat explains that Savi is there to accompany him for the test. Savi suggests they proceed with Kiyaan's stem cell renewal and encourages Rajat to go to the pathology lab. Ashika, perplexed, wonders why Savi remains so composed despite knowing the nature of her relationship with Rajat.

Later, Harini calls Savi, asking her to pick up Vansh along with Sai since she is headed to a Bhajan Mandal with her mother-in-law. Savi agrees, unaware that Harini is at the same hospital. Meanwhile, Rajat grows increasingly nervous about the upcoming injection. Savi joins him, and the doctor lightens the mood, teasing Rajat that even kids are braver than him. 

Ashika arrives and pokes fun at Rajat, suggesting he won't give blood unless she holds his hand. Rajat quickly dismisses this but ends up holding Savi's hand during the procedure, which frustrates Ashika. After the test, Rajat notices Savi with her eyes closed, silently crying at his discomfort. Once it's over, Savi opens her eyes and reassures him, and Rajat gives her a grateful smile.

Elsewhere, Harini is at the hospital for a second test to confirm her pregnancy. Meanwhile, Rajat tells Ashika she can reach him anytime for updates on Kiyaan. Savi adds that if Rajat remains unreachable, Ashika can contact her. Ashika, taken aback, asks why she would call Savi. Rajat explains that when he's occupied, he only picks up Savi's calls, so it's easier for Ashika to get in touch with her. Ashika agrees and leaves. 

Rajat, in a light-hearted tone, asks Savi if she's starting to develop feelings for him, given how she seemed to empathise with his pain earlier. Savi dismisses this, explaining that her tears were only because he held her hand too tightly. As they leave, Savi spots Harini in the hospital and grows suspicious, wondering why Harini lied to her earlier.

At home, Kiyaan behaves poorly with a worker, prompting Milind to step in and remind him to show respect to elders. Milind then sits down with Kiyaan to impart a valuable lesson. Meanwhile, Vansh calls Milind through video chat, expressing how much he misses him. They share a pleasant conversation, after which Kiyaan asks Milind if he shares a close bond with his son. Milind smiles and affirms that they do.

Savi confronts Harini:

Back at home, Sai shares her recent travel experiences with the family. Harini, meanwhile, receives a call from the doctor confirming her pregnancy. Savi, still uneasy, confronts Harini, questioning what she's been hiding. Harini denies anything is amiss, but Savi presses, telling her that she saw her at the hospital. Harini lies, claiming she went for a check-up due to a missed period, but the results came back negative. Savi seems to accept this, but Harini feels guilty about the deception.

Savi, Rajat, and Aman later visit Mohit Sharma's house, as he recently bought Arsh's car. Rajat directly asks Mohit if he had a hand in Isha's accident. Mohit admits to it, but Savi reprimands him. Rajat, however, insists that Mohit is lying, noting that Mohit is in a wheelchair and that his financial situation doesn't match up with owning an expensive SUV. 

The group leaves, still sceptical of Mohit's version of events. Afterwards, Mohit calls Harsh to inform him that Rajat and his team visited but don't believe his story. Arsh, angry, warns Mohit not to contact him again and then calls Jigar, instructing him to park the car in a specific location.

Savi tells Rajat that his caring nature has made her wonder if he's starting to fall for her. Ashika reveals to Rajat that Harsh is trying to protect her, not Jigar, as she was responsible for Isha's accident. Savi assures Isha that Rajat will fulfil his promise and bring justice.
