This Bollywood actress to pay tribute to Asha Bhosle!

Bollywood actress Radhika Apte known for her films like Manjhi-The Mountain Man, Phobia and Kabali is indeed a true fan of veteran singer Asha Bhosle. Earlier many celebs from B-town like Tiger Shroff, Shah Rukh Khan and even Sonu Nigam have paid tribute to their respective icons in their own ways. And now, Radhika has joined the bandwagon.

To pay tribute to her beloved singer, Radhika will dance to the tunes of Asha Bhosle. It wouldn't be on the occasion of an award ceremony or a grand party but the program will be held at a public hall in Mumbai.

Radhika who is excited to perform for Asha Tai says, "If there is one thing I'm passionate about besides acting, it's dancing. I am excited about paying tribute to someone like Asha tai."

Radhika has proved her acting skills onscreen and is also said to be an excellent dancer. A source close to the actress shares with us, "Radhika is trained in contemporary dance. She took a professional course in the dance form in London (UK). The actor will pay tribute to Ashaji by dancing on her popular tracks such as 'Aaj rapat jaye to' ('Namak Halaal'), 'Jaane do na' ('Saagar'), and several other hits. Radhika will perform with choreographer Terence Lewis. The duo will showcase a mix of contemporary and Latin dance forms. The performance will take place on September 8."

It would be a great experience to see the actress performing on the songs from the yesteryear days.
