Simi Garewal deletes video defending Abhishek Bachchan amidst rumours of extramarital affair with Nimrat Kaur?

The Bachchan family has been under extreme scrutiny of late especially Abhishek Bachchan. Since a year, it is being said that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Junior Bachchan are having marital problems. Actress Nimrat Kaur’s name got dragged in after a post on Reddit claimed that Abhishek Bachchan was involved with his Dasvi co-star. Old reels of them made their way to various media pages and so on. Simi Garewal, the OG talk show host of Rendezvous is known to be close to the Bachchan family. Her old interview with Amitabh Bachchan about the Rekha angle went viral some days back. 

She had shared an old video of Abhishek Bachchan where he spoke about loyalty. He said that infidelity disgusted him. Abhishek Bachchan said he understood when men were frivolous but did not support cheating after marriage. The video has now been deleted. Netizens have assumed that she did this to show support to Junior Bachchan who is getting a lot of hate from people. Fans of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are calling out the family on almost every platform for alleged infidelity and isolation from family. 

In the old deleted old video, Abhishek Bachchan is heard saying, “Call me old-fashioned, but if you’ve committed to someone, at any level, then you should respect that commitment. Otherwise, don’t make it.” He further said that he did not understand cheating, saying, “It disgusts me.” She had written on the caption, “Rendezvous Gems. I think everyone who knows Abhishek personally will agree he is among the nicest men in Bollywood. Good values and innate decency.” 

From stalling her career to not praising her work in Ponniyin Selvan, people are calling out the Bachchan family. Some days back, people trolled Amitabh Bachchan saying he only loved his daughter, and did not care for his bahu. Simi Garewal had responded to this post, saying, “You people don’t know ANYTHING. Stop it.” 

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan rang in her 51st birthday away from family. In fact, there are no pics with the family on Diwali. No one from the Bachchan family wished her on social media. This has kind of confirmed the speculations that they are not together any more, as per netizens.
