Sonakshi Sinha's First Attempt To Cook Sattu Ka Parantha

Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with Zaheer Iqbal on this June. The "Dahaad" actress tries her hand at making the classic Sattu Ka Parantha for the first time at an event, sharing her culinary adventure with fans. Sonakshi also claims that in today's time women doesn't have that much pressure to cook at home as they too have their work lives.

Sonakshi Sinha said this at a promotional culinary event for a travel company which was also accompanied by Zaheer Iqbal. She told the media " It is also a matter of interest. I'm truly blessed that I don't have that pressure(of cooking). Even if I want to go ahead and do it , it'll be because I want to do it".

At the event Sonakshi Sinha made her first attempt to cook by making Sattu Ka Parantha whereas beau Zaheer Iqbal made Avocado Sushi. The "Heeramandi" actor said that her mother Poonam Sinha would really feel proud on her first attempt.

"The happiest person today would be my mom. She's a fantastic cook. She thought her daughter would become a good chef which never happened. She thought I might become a good chef when I get married. She's still waiting (for that to happen)"

Sonakshi Sinha also expressed her love for the Indian Cuisine which she claimed to be her favorite. The couple also shared their loved travel destination- Goa for Sonakshi and Kerala for Zaheer. Sinha also said that she will be visiting Kashmir very soon.
