From the very moment 'Jawan' graced the silver screen, it has been a roaring success, with cinema halls adorned with "House Full" signs as a testament to its popularity. Audiences have flocked to theaters in droves, not just once but multiple times, to immerse themselves in the adrenaline-pumping action of the film.
For those unfamiliar with the numbers, 'Jawan' released last month and has already amassed a staggering Rs. 1134 crore in worldwide box office collections, with Rs. 743 crore originating from India and an additional Rs. 391 crore earned from overseas markets. Despite this remarkable success, the film shows no signs of slowing down, with the final worldwide total expected to settle around Rs. 1170 crore.
Beyond its theatrical triumphs, 'Jawan' also achieved a groundbreaking feat by securing a whopping Rs. 250 crore for its non-theatrical rights, which include digital, satellite, and music rights.
'Jawan' is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation, directed by the talented Atlee, produced by the visionary Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film was released worldwide on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
