Bollywood's beloved icon, Shah Rukh Khan, has achieved another remarkable milestone by making his debut on the 2024 Hurun India Rich List. Khan has captivated audiences for decades with his charismatic performances. Now, at the age of 58, he has become one of the richest celebrities in the country, with an estimated fortune of Rs 7,300 crore.

Khan's success goes far beyond his film career. He co-owns the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), a popular franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL), which clinched the IPL title last season. Additionally, his production company, Red Chillies Entertainment, has been a powerhouse in the industry, producing numerous box office hits. These ventures have not only solidified his position as a leading actor but also as a savvy entrepreneur.

The 2024 Hurun India Rich List, which showcases the wealth of India’s elite, has been an annual affair, highlighting the country's top wealth creators. This year, the list features a diverse group, from traditional family-run businesses to tech entrepreneurs and, of course, film stars. Among the Bollywood figures on the list, Shah Rukh Khan’s entry is particularly noteworthy, considering his immense popularity and the vast empire he has built beyond cinema.

Interestingly, Khan is not the only film star to make it to this year’s list. Actress Juhi Chawla, who shares screen space and business ventures with Khan, ranks second among Bollywood celebrities, with a wealth of Rs 4,600 crore. Actor Hrithik Roshan follows closely behind, thanks to his successful athleisure brand, HRX, which contributed to his Rs 2,000 crore fortune.

Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan and his family also feature on the list, ranking fourth with a wealth of Rs 1,600 crore, largely attributed to their diverse investments. Filmmaker Karan Johar, known for his production house Dharma Productions, rounds out the top five Bollywood names with a net worth of Rs 1,400 crore.

Meanwhile, on the movie front, Shah Rukh Khan is gearing up for his next film, 'King'. He is touted to share screen space with his daughter Suhana Khan in the film, where he will be seen playing a gangster. If reports are to be believed, Abhishek Bachchan will play the antagonist in the film. So fans have eyes set on his next blockbuster.
