Ranveer Singh and his cold war with Sanjay Leela Bhansali has been making headlines for a long time now. After a lot of rumors and speculations, the real reason for Ranveer's anger has been revealed.

As known to all, Ranveer has been SLB's favorite in the years gone by and not to forget he even gave a career changing film to him that won him acclodes. But, what happened that furiated Bajirao?

As per reports in an entertainment portal, Ranveer is not miffed with Shahid being on board but instead it's his dear filmmaker SLB, who broke his trust. While, SLB ignored Ranveer and lost his cool on him when he asked for the narration of the film, he had some closed doors meetings with Shahid giving him insights about the film 'Padmavati'. To add to that, Shahid had put forth a condition before accepting to play Deepika's husband in the film and SLB very happily accepted it and also promised him a meatier role in the film.

On the other hand he got miffed when RS asked for the narration before signing for the film.

Earlier, insiders had claimed that Ranveer is feeling insecure after Shahid was taken on board for the film. But, now with this all those rumors can rest.

'Padmavati' is going to be another game changer for Sanjay Leela Bhansali and he is investing more than 200 Crores on it. Following which he is taking utmost care in selecting the cast.

Previously, after Deepika rejected two lesser known actors, Shah Rukh Khan and Fawad Khan were approached but both denied to be a part of the film as the role that was offered to them (King Raval Ratan Singh's, Deepika's husband) isn't that strong as compared to what Ranveer will be playing, Allauddin Khilji.
