Ranveer Singh and debutant Sara Ali Khan's debut film 'Simmba' has been the talk of the town ever since the film was announced. With two talent powerhouses like Rohit Shetty and Ranveer working on the same film and a promising debutant like Sara, this film is definitely the much-awaited one.
The filming of this comedy-flick has already begun in Hyderabad where the entire cast is shooting at the famous Ramoji film city for a 2-month straight period. Now we hear that the team is all set to add a remake of the popular 90's song 'Ladka Aankh Mare'.
Revealing the same, a report in Mumbai Mirror states, "The song has been recreated by Tanishk Bagchi who has been working on the new version since the past few months. It has new beats to appeal to Gen X but the fun element is intact, which was Rohit's brief".
"In Simmba, Ranveer and Sara will be seen teasing and flirting on the popular number from the 90s", added the source.
About the film, Simmba is the Hindi remake of Telugu film 'Temper'. Currently, the cast is filming the first schedule of it which will reportedly go on for two months.
As for now, Simmba's heroine Sara Ali Khan is simultaneously working on this film as well as Kedarnath which co-stars Sushant Singh Rajput in the lead and is directed by Abhishek Kapoor. As known to all, due to the delay in the filming of Kedarnath, unlike before, Simmba will now be her Bollywood debut. Simmba is slated to hit the theatres on 28th December this year!
