Rajkummar Rao and Manushi Chhillar to star together in upcoming film- Reports

Rajkummar Rao is gearing up for his next film, Stree 2, where he stars alongside Shraddha Kapoor. This horror comedy is set to release on August 15, 2024. However, there is exciting news beyond this project. Rajkummar Rao is also preparing to star in a new film with Manushi Chhillar, marking their first collaboration.

According to Pinkvilla, Rajkummar Rao has confirmed his role in Bhakshak director Pulkit’s upcoming film. The movie, which will be produced by Jay Shewakramani, is set to begin shooting in September 2024 with an extensive schedule. The plot details remain confidential for now, but it is clear that this project will provide Rajkummar Rao a shift from his usual comic roles. The film will be shot in India and is expected to hit theaters in 2025.

Stree 2 is the first direct sequel in the series and brings back the beloved characters from the first film.
