Deepika Padukone and newborn baby get a visit from Ritika Bhavnani, Ranveer Singh's sister - Watch Video

Deepika Padukone delivered a baby girl on September 8, 2024 at the HN Reliance Hospital in Girgaon, Mumbai. Mom and baby are doing fine. The couple made the announcement with a post that, ‘Welcome Baby Girl’. After Varun Dhawan, Ranveer Singh is the second baby daddy of the year. Today, his sister Ritika Bhavnani was seen outside the hospital. She came to meet Deepika Padukone and her infant niece. It seems the actress will be discharged shortly. Her parents, Prakash and Ujjala Padukone are in the hospital along with Ranveer Singh. The actress might spend two days more in the hospital. 

On September 6, 2024 the couple were seen at the Siddhivinayak Temple of Prabhadevi. She wore an emerald green Benarasi saree while he was in a cream kurta. They were accompanied by their parents and siblings. Jugjeet Bhavnani, Anju Bhavnani, Prakash Padukone, Ujjala Padukone, Ritika Bhavnani and Anisha Padukone were all together. The bond between the samdhis was too adorable. Ritika dotes on her brother, Ranveer and this is the first baby. The family is refraining from making comments to the paps though. There were unverified rumours that Deepika Padukone’s child might come on September 28, 2024 but it arrived on the second day of Ganesh Chaturthi 2024. 

Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh made the pregnancy news official at the start of the year. She finished work on Kalki 2898 AD and began to rest at home. From doing needlework to chilling with friends at dinners, she enjoyed the phase. It seems Deepika Padukone will make a return in March 2025. She will start filming for Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD 2 where she has a big role as Sumathi. In the meantime, people have suggested names like Ravika, Radika, Anvisha, Adira and all for her baby. 

Ranveer Singh will start work on Don 3 from end of 2024. The team was doing an extensive recce in Europe for the movie. Now, the post-production work is almost wrapped up. He is taking over the mantle from Shah Rukh Khan for the movie. Ranveer Singh is also doing a big budget movie with Aditya Dhar.
