Pushpa 2: Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna movie to take opening of Rs 250 crore worldwide?

Come December 2024, Pushpa 2 is going to hit the screens. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil play main roles in the film. Pushpa 2 has already made more than Rs 1,000 crores in the pre-theatrical business. Pushpa 2 was sold in the North India markets for Rs 200 crores. As per Sacnilk Entertainment, Pushpa 2 is all slated to cross the Rs 250 crores worldwide on the opening day. It is higher than Pathaan, Jawan, Stree 2 the past few big blockbusters of 2023 and 2024. Pushpa 2 has huge hype around it since it was announced. 

The pre-release buzz of Pushpa 2 is huge in the US. Allu Arjun’s movie has made USD 50,000 in less than 24 hours. It has already sold more than 2,000 tickets. Pushpa 2 has already made more than Rs 12 crores. Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna movie is going to clash with Chaava at the box office. 

As per Sacnilk, Pushpa 2 is slated to make Rs 85 crores in the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana belt. It is supposed to make Rs 75 crores in the pan-India belt. In Karnataka, it is supposed to make Rs 20 crores. The movie has been delayed somewhat. It seems Allu Arjun and Sukumar have shot for two climaxes and will decide on the best one. The latest reports suggest that Sreeleela has been roped in along with Samantha Ruth Prabhu for a dance item number. Sukumar and Allu Arjun apparently had disagreements for the same. The two reportedly even avoided one another for some time. But it seems all is good now. Pushpa 2 has been sold to a leading OTT platform for over Rs 350 crores, the highest ever for a South movie. The movie is the second part of journey of Pushparaj. The film is set in background of red sandalwood smuggling.
