This year, just like last year has been filled with shocking moments where some of the most loved celebrities passed away in the most shocking manner. Apart from Sidharth Shukla, the passing away of director Raj Kaushal was shocking as well and continues to be a moment that still takes a moment to sink in. Kaushal passed away due to a cardiac arrest and wife Mandira Bedi has been on the path to being normal slowly and steadily trying to recover from the loss.
She has been sharing posts on social media about positivity and other things and her latest on Instagram was an inspirational note as she continues to get fitter while trying to recover mentally. Her post read, “It’s a long way to go to feel normal again. Emotionally, mentally and physically. But I wake up every morning with purpose and aim for as much positivity that I can muster. And in all of this I still practice #gratitude .. because there is always, always something to be grateful for. Have a nice day all of you”-
