One of the most frequent guests on Kapil Sharma's Sony TV show is Bollywood star Akshay Kumar. So much so that the comedian remarked during one of his recent performances that he sometimes feels like he's on Akshay's show. Recently, speculations surfaced that Akshay might not be appearing on Kapil's show to promote Bachchan Pandey. Rumors of their alleged feud were quickly debunked when Kapil corrected the "miscommunication" on his Twitter account.
Kapil took to Twitter on Tuesday and shared, “Dear friends, I was reading all the news in the media about me and Akshay paji, I have just spoken to paji and sorted all this out. It was just a miscommunication. All is well and very soon we are meeting to shoot the Bachhan Pandey episode. He is my big brother and can never be annoyed with me 😊thank you 🙏”
According to the Hindustan Times, a joke about Akshay's conversation with Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the actor's last visit made its way to social media, despite the fact that the actor's team had requested that the joke be removed from the episode. While the joke did not make it into the final show, it was widely distributed on social media, causing the actor's team to become unhappy.

According to HT, it was a violation of trust on the part of someone in Kapil's crew, and Akshay requested clarity before returning to the show.
However, a source told indianexpress.com that the two stars' teams were still hammering out the details of the programme. "Bachchan Pandey's schedule and The Kapil Sharma Show's shoot do not coincide." “Because Kapil has a prior shoot obligation towards the end of the month, the team has been working nonstop to construct a bank. This is why they may or may not be on the show. They are, however, continuing to work on the dates," they stated.
