Navjot Singh Sidhu reveals the reason behind Leaving Kapil Sharma Show

The Kapil Sharma Show has consistently been a hit among fans, with Kapil and Navjot Singh Sidhu enjoying widespread adoration from the show's audience. However, it was in 2019 that Navjot Singh Sidhu's abrupt departure from The Kapil Sharma Show caught fans off guard, leading to a flurry of speculations.

Over half a decade later, the ex-cricketer is set to return on Kapil Sharma's fresh show, The Great Indian Kapil Show on Netflix, for a special episode. During this appearance, he openly delves into the true motives behind his exit and confronts the ongoing rumors. Though initially tied to remarks on the Pulwama terror attack, Sidhu now implies that the circumstances leading to his departure were more complex than initially perceived.

In a recent interview on The Grain Talk Show YouTube channel, Sidhu Navjot Singh Sidhu reminisced about his time working with Kapil Sharma and elaborated on his departure from the show. Sidhu shared that he had been part of various iterations of Kapil's shows from the very beginning, tracing back to Kapil's initial rise to fame on The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Recalling his journey, he likened The Kapil Sharma Show to a "bouquet made by god," highlighting how each member contributed to its distinct allure. Sidhu fondly remembered how everything seamlessly came together when Kapil invited him to join the show following Sidhu's appearance on Bigg Boss.

Upon being asked about his exit, Sidhu disclosed that political factors were a significant factor in his choice to leave, opting not to delve deeper into the matter.

“There were political reasons I don’t want to talk about. There were other reasons… and the bouquet fell apart. I have a wish that that bouquet must get together again, the way it was. I will be the first to facilitate. His show is still doing very well. Kapil is a genius," he said.

The latest promo for The Great Indian Kapil Show unveiled Navjot Singh Sidhu's appearance in the upcoming episode, marking his return to the judge's seat.
