Actress Shakti Mohan has turned a year older today and is ecstatic to send her elder sister Kriti Mohan on a vacation as she also celebrates her birthday on the same date.

Ace dancer cum talented actress Shakti Mohan who was last seen in Dil Dosti Dance on Channel V has turned a year older today. Shakti and her elder sister's Kriti Mohan birthday falls on the same day and thus they both celebrate it together but this year however, there is slight change in the plans of the celebrations this year.

Shakti says, "I am very excited for my birthday as it will be celebrated out of India. I was desperately waiting for this vacation after the wrap up of Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa. In the past few weeks I have really worked hard for the show and this is a deserving vacation. This vacation is a gift from my sister Mukti Mohan. Every year I celebrate my birthday with Didi as our birthday falls on the same day. But this year as I am going out so I won't be able to celebrate it with her. I planning to send her on a vacation as she also need a break."
