Netflix is all set to treat viewers with a brand new series titled 'Guns & Gulaabs,' starring the charismatic actors Dulquer Salmaan and Rajkummar Rao. The show is a creation of the renowned India-based filmmaking duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K., popularly known as Raj & DK, who have entered a multi-year creative partnership with Netflix under their D2R Films banner.
The series is set in the fictional town of Gulaabganj and pays homage to the vibrant and colorful world of 1990s Bollywood. With a blend of genres, the show promises an exciting and thrilling journey as it follows the lives of a lovestruck mechanic, a reluctant heir to a ruling gang, and an honest officer-turned-agent-of-chaos. Additionally, a trio of schoolmates will take viewers on a nostalgic ride filled with innocence, heartbreaks, and betrayals, capturing the essence of growing up in a small town.
