#EXCLUSIVE: I am not doing Kumkum Bhagya, confirms Punchh Beat star Siddharth Sharma

Zee TV's long running popular show Kumkum Bhagya is soon going to take a leap. In the post leap story, Abhi (Shabbir Ahluwalia) and Pragya (Sriti Jha) will part their ways after the birth of their twins. Since the reports of leap in the show have surfaced, speculations of who might play the new leads in the show have started. Punchh Beat stars Priyank Sharma and Siddharth Sharma were rumored to be doing the show. Also Kunwar Amar's name has been in the news for playing one of the twin.

But then Priyank confirmed that he is not doing the show. A leading portal reported about Siddharth being confirmed as the lead in the show and also signing the contract. We contacted Siddharth regarding the same, he denied the news saying, " No, I'm not doing Kumkum Bhagya. My ultimate goal is to do films."

Siddharth Sharma rose to fame with Vikas Gupta's high school drama Punchh Beat, also starring Priyank Sharma, Harshita Gaur and Khushi Joshi in lead roles.

The search for the leads in Kumkum Bhagya is still on going and we hope the makers find suitable faces for the show soon.
