Deepika Padukone's sister Anisha expresses joy on her pregnancy: Reveals who will spoil the baby the most

The Padukone-Singh household is buzzing with joy as Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh eagerly await the arrival of their first child. Anisha Padukone, Deepika's sister and a professional golf player, recently shared her excitement and thoughts on becoming an aunt in a heartwarming interview with iDiva.

Expressing her joy, Anisha shared, "Great, great… first-time feeling" when asked about her impending role as an aunt. The anticipation is palpable, and Anisha couldn't be more thrilled about the newest addition to the family. 

In a candid moment, Anisha was asked about who might take the lead in 'spoiling' the baby. Playfully, she mused, “Spoil? It’s a tough one. 

I want to say Ranveer, but I have a sneaky feeling that my parents (Prakash Padukone and Ujjala Padukone) are also going to be right up there.” Anisha even playfully admitted that she might end up contributing to the 'spoiling' as well.

The announcement of Deepika's pregnancy in February 2024 sent ripples of joy across social media. The couple took to Instagram to share the delightful news, revealing that their bundle of joy was expected to arrive in September 2024. The heartfelt post encapsulated the warmth and love that surround the much-adored couple.

Deepika and Ranveer, who exchanged vows in a picturesque ceremony in Lake Como, Italy, in 2018 after a six-year courtship, have openly expressed their excitement about starting a family.
