Binny Sharma becomes centre of attraction on Sangini sets

Though the butt of all joke on the sets of Sanjog Se Bani Sangini is Binny, she takes all her jokes sportingly.

Guess, who is the butt of all jokes on the sets of Zee TV's 'Sanjog Se Bani Sangini' these days? It's none other than dancing star-turned-actress Binny Sharma whose character Gauri will soon be seen entering Iqbal Khan's house as a 'naukrani'.

The current track of the show has Iqbal's screen mother Rajrani (Aruna Irani) scheming and plotting to ensure that Gauri starts staying at their place as a "beautiful distraction" for her depressed son. But it seems that Binny has been caught in a trouble for her character off screen.

A source says, "The entire unit of Sangini crack a lot of naughty jokes, most of which are directed at the shy Binny. As if this wasn't enough, the unit members have also started making fun of her current character by ordering tea from Binny. Not only Tea but they also asks funnily to clean the floor or anything they want".

We contacted Binny and she was more than happy to quote, "Yes, Actually, Sanjog Se Bani… unit members are always on their high to make fun and keep the atmosphere of the sets very pleasing and happening. So as my current track has left me poor with the same costumes, the cast and crew around make fun and crack jokes out of me."

"After listening to all this, even I start cracking jokes on myself as I am wearing that same dress for a long time now, the costumes are so old that now even the costumes will yell for a change," adds Binny.

Talking on a serious note Binny says, "Though everyone crack jokes on me, I never back answer them as I feel, I am not that great and big enough to throw tantrums. I am still in the learning process."

That's good attitude Binny as you have long way to go!

I have been watching this show on and off...sorry to say i am not connecting to the characters nothing pin me down to watch the show it's like deaju vue...the background music gives me headache...the story line is not that much was expecting much from the show...the get up of Arunaji and her character not appealing at all and the bahu as well don't like her get up the way her character is in the show i haven't been able to fall in luv with Rudr character yet, Gauri as well doesn't like her look and i am not been able to feel sorry for her yet, i quite like her in the beginning but don't like the idea of her working in his friend house like a servant nooooo, very bad idea...she was better off running the corner shop...the night scene r so repetitive and not done up to standard, the Pihu character is not appealing either no connection can't feel the luv between the two main characters ....the only thing i have enjoyed up to now is the little boy relationship with Gauri and Gauri nani, her mum...like Pihu brother want to see him more... let see what happens in the next 2 weeks otherwise...not my cup of tea for now...

I am happy that you enjoy your set atmosphere. This kind of thing makes life and work much more interesting. Take it in your stride. All the people in the set love you , that's why they crack jokes on you. You are indeed their centre of attraction and a lovely distraction for your co-star. Enjoy rubbing shoulders with stars like Iqbal Khan, Aruna Irani, Sudha Chandan and keep up your excellent job.

From what I see and hear of her from articles, she seems like a really good person. Very humble. She is doing a good job in Sangini despite being a newcomer.

awww I love binny!! love how she takes everything so positively and sportingly. I even noticed during DID2 finale, where she smiled and was genuinely happy that she came in 4th place instead of being 1st.

that's the spirit binny!! and very sweet of her to not talk back. God willing she will be very big one day!
